A downloadable Echoheart for Windows, macOS, and Linux

Echoheart is an action roguelike, turn-based deckbuilder hybrid, with a cyberpunk meets cosmic horror vibe.

You carry an Echoheart—a parasitic biotech implant that lets you freeze time itself. When combat erupts, stop the world and use echoes to chain devastating attacks, then watch your enemies crumble as time resumes.

Install instructions

Windows

  1. Download and extract the ZIP file
  2. Run Echoheart.exe
  3. If Windows Defender blocks the game:
    • Click "More info"
    • Click "Run anyway"


Mac

macOS may block the app because it's not from the App Store.

  1. Download and extract the ZIP file
  2. Run Echoheart.app
  3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security
  4. Scroll down and click "Open Anyway


Linux

  1. Extract the ZIP file
  2. Run: ./Echoheart.x86_64

Steam Deck

  1. Switch to Desktop Mode
  2. Extract the game to a folder
  3. If this is the first time installing, follow 'Add to Steam Library'
  4. Switch back to gaming mode
  5. Run Echoheart.x86_64

Add to Steam Library:

  • Steam → "Add a Game" → "Add a Non-Steam Game"
  • Browse to Echoheart.x86_64
  • Return to Gaming Mode - the game will be in your library
